Standard delivery
Any orders that are placed with standard delivery are sent on an economy service and we would expect you to receive your order within 72-hours of it being despatched from our warehouse.
Please note that we cannot tell you in advance which courier will be delivering your order. Your despatch confirmation email will let you know how your order has been sent and will provide you with tracking information if it is available.
Important Information
Some deliveries require a signature on delivery.
If you are not in when the courier attempts to delivery your order a card will be left that tells you who to call to rearrange delivery.
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses - if you specify a BFPO or PO Box address, we may have to cancel and refund your order, unless we can arrange an alternative delivery method.
If you are not in on the first delivery attempt, the carrier will attempt to leave your goods with a neighbour with all items that require a signature on delivery or in a safe place on orders that do not require a signature. The carrier will leave you a card informing you of where your goods have been left or who to call to rearrange delivery.
In the unlikely event that the carrier is unable to locate your address, or there is no-one available to receive your delivery, the goods will be returned to the carrier's depot and attempts will be made to contact you to obtain further details. This can be achieved much quicker if you have provided us with a mobile telephone number.
If we are unable to contact you the goods will eventually be returned to NCCO International Limited. A charge may be applied to re-deliver the goods. If the failed delivery was due to error on the part of NCCO International Limited or our carrier no additional charges will be made.
Deliveries Direct from NCCO International Limited Suppliers

We cannot guarantee that these multiple deliveries will be made on the same day due to the different lead times from our Suppliers.

Electrical Recycling
Recycling your old electricals is easy!
Did you know you can recycle your electrical and electronic devices for free at your local recycling centre?
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK's fastest growing type of waste.
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and human health.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of waste electrical items.
How are we helping?
In the UK, distributors including retailers must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. As a responsible retailer, we have met the requirements placed on us by financially supporting the national network of WEEE recycling centres established by local authorities. This is achieved through membership of the national Distributor Take-back scheme (DTS) and is the method of compliance for the vast majority of UK retailing.
For more information on WEEE recycling and to locate your nearest recycling centre please visit www.recycle-more.co.uk.
Waste Batteries
Under the Waste Battery Regulations, NCCO International Limited are now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. You can return your waste batteries to our business premises in person (please do not post). Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.com
Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.
